Complete refurbishment with replacement of existing failing flat roofs
Project Overview
1,200m2 refurbishment project incorporating Bauder high performance BUFR membranes and thermally efficient insulation.
Problematic internal outlets were blanked off and chutes formed in the parapet to enable the water to be drained externally into new hoppers and downpipes.
This project was short-listed for the 2020 NFRC Awards in the Heritage Category.
