Polymeric Single Ply
Single ply roofing typically refers to flexible, polymeric membranes that are sealed at joints to form a continuous waterproofing layer. Single ply systems are particularly suited to sites where lightweight construction and speed of installation are significant factors.
Although often specified for new build projects, single ply systems are also well suited to refurbishment and offer flexibility of design, reliable performance and an attractive appearance. They also offer flame-free application and are therefore popular where hazards such as the risk of fire or explosion may be present on the roof.
