THOMAS MORE CHURCH

Working alongside Property Tectonics, Fulwood Roofing delivered the refurbishment works of Thomas More Church, working in harsh winter months with minimal disruption to Parish members.The product of choice was IKO’s Ultra Life 30 Bituminous Roofing System, which helped ensure a fast installation, enabling the project to be completed on time and within the designated budget with further cost savings.

HODGE CLOUGH SCHOOL, OLDHAM

An excellent example of good project planning and attention to programming and safety issues. The quality of the communication with the school was of the highest order. Excellent workmanship and appreciation by the client. Very tricky detailing successfully achieved. Good example of design/construct partnering with manufacturers which delighted the client. Outstanding in its category.

CREWE & NANTWICH MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS

An important Grade II listed building within an historic town centre. A tight specification to make the roof appear as if built at the turn of the century required a set number of courses to each slope and method of fixture to make it look as close to the original as possible. Unusual vertical stone slating on the central vent tower required a careful technical solution.

CLARKSFIELD SCHOOL, OLDHAM

Good detail and liaison with the school, and an excellent project that has also provided educational benefit to the children at the school. Long-term relationship under framework agreement led to cost savings for the client, and high quality details were improved as a result of good planning.
